The answer is that any gas or dust near the black hole tends to pulled into an accreditation disk that swirls around and into the black hole , rather like a whirlpool    Friction within the accreditation disk material causes it to lose a mechanical energy and spirl into the black hole ; as it is moves inward , it is compressed together . Today college remains closed by Pune district collecter because of the weather forecast.                     Intense rainfall continued in the city on Tuesday night and early on Wednesday morning, following heavy showers post-midnight on Monday. Shivajinagar witnessed 78.3mm rainfall in 12 hours between 8.30pm on Tuesday and 8.30am on Wednesday. The intensity of showers may reduce a bit, but the city is likely to experience thunder and rainfall in the next couple of days, said an official of the  India Meteorological Department  (IMD). According to the IMD’s data, Shivajinagar recorded only 0.4mm rainfall between 8.30am and 5.30pm on Tuesday. There was 8.3mm rain in the next three hours.
